The St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute is an educational center providing advanced professional training and continuing education, psychoanalysis and psychotherapy, as well as treatment for children and adults on a sliding-scale basis. We bring a special knowledge of the human mind and emotions to the communities we serve, as well as how to promote healthy development and mend disturbances through therapy and counseling.
Our educational programs for clinicians combine science, scholarship and clinical expertise into advanced course design. Our Schiele clinic offers individual treatment plans which provide deep insights into core human problems like depression, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. Please feel free to contact us.

Into The Community
Institute to launch a Supervision Fellowship Program
June 2, 2008
This summer the Schiele Clinic will begin offering a Supervision Fellowship designed to support the needs of newly graduated unlicensed social workers and counselors working towards licensure. The Fellowship includes weekly case conferences (Fridays at noon) and individual supervision. Participants will be expected to have their own patient population, in a practice setting that is consistent with the values of the Institute.
